Once or twice a week. Your scalp needs 48 to 72 hours between sessions, and that recovery window is where the follicle response actually happens. More frequent use does not accelerate results. Consistent once-a-week use over 12 weeks outperforms aggressive daily use every time.
Do I use all three products on the same day?
