REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every product we ship. If something is not working for you, we will make it right.
First-Order Guarantee
First-time customers are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your first order, email us at contact@mediteoils.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your original payment in full. No return required.
90-Day Subscriber Guarantee
Active subscribers are covered for a full 90 days from your first subscription order. Use Medíté consistently for 90 days, and if you are not satisfied with your results, contact us at contact@mediteoils.com and we will refund your original payment in full. Hair growth is a journey, and we believe in giving subscribers the runway they need to see real results.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mediteoils.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order has been processed and is on its way to you. If you change your mind after that, our first-order or subscriber guarantee still covers you.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Orders already processed and shipped are covered by our subscriber guarantee instead.
International OrdersInternational orders are final sale and not eligible for our satisfaction or subscriber guarantees. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it under our damaged/incorrect items policy.
