Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 business day. U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We also ship to select international destinations - rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $45.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Order changes

Need to update your address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@mediteoils.com. Once an order ships, we can't modify it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days, email us with your order number and we'll resolve it.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@mediteoils.com with your order number to request a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost - just email us with a photo of the damage and your order number.
